Salmon Sandwich
- 1/4 lb. cooked salmon
- focaccia (i used olive and parmasian)
- 1 tbs mayo
- 1 tbs diced sundried tomatos
- 1 tbs fresh oregano
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar
- 1/2 avocado
- oilive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Mix salmon, mayo, tomatos, oragano, salt, pepper, tumeric & paprika in small bowl. Slice bread lengthwise, sprinkle olive oil on cut sides and toast, cut side down in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Spread salmon mixture on tops of bread, top with slices of avocado and cheese. Toast in oven for another 20 minutes. Serves 2.
so, after two days of food poisoning and two days of recovery I have inadvertantly broken my caffiene addiction - mostly by not being able to have any food or drink in my body at all, call it an accidental detox diet.
I'd like to try the no caffiene thing, since I know its better for me, but i am tired as hell all the time.

instead of going out tonight I just ordered a totally gross pizza from pizza hut to be delivered to my lazy ass. I plan on stuffing my face while watching dave chappelle. not such a bad saturday night really.
