Salmon Sandwich

- 1/4 lb. cooked salmon
- focaccia (i used olive and parmasian)
- 1 tbs mayo
- 1 tbs diced sundried tomatos
- 1 tbs fresh oregano
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar
- 1/2 avocado
- oilive oil
- salt & pepper to taste

Mix salmon, mayo, tomatos, oragano, salt, pepper, tumeric & paprika in small bowl. Slice bread lengthwise, sprinkle olive oil on cut sides and toast, cut side down in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Spread salmon mixture on tops of bread, top with slices of avocado and cheese. Toast in oven for another 20 minutes. Serves 2.
